Transparency

The Board of Directors reports to a Supervisory Board elected at the annual general meeting. An independent accounting firm audits the annual financial statements in accordance auditing standards set forth by the German Institute of Auditors in the working paper entitled "Auditing Accounts of Fund-Raising Organizations".

Our B&A expenses: 16.47% in 2000, 15.88% in 2001, 15.73% in 2002, 13.0% in 2003, 10.0% in 2004 and 2005, slightly below 10% in 2006, around 12% in 2007 and 26% in 2008.
